and take
AC voltage readings for 100 Hz, 1 kHz and 100 kHz as

5. Change the HP E1440A amplitude to 0.3536 Vrms (1 V(p-p))
and set the
DC offset to 1 mV. Set the HP E1440A frequency to
100 Hz, 1 kHz and 100 kHz, and read the AC voltage.
