This procedure tests the
HP
E1440A
sine wave output
for
spurious
signals. Circuits within the
HP
E1440A
may generate repetitive
frequencies that are not harmonically related to the fundamental
output frequency.
Specifications
All spurious signals must be more than
60
dB below the fundamental
signal or less than
-85
dBm, whichever is greater.
