Technical support interface
The Tech_Support_Center profile provides a way to collect and send switch status and trend data
periodically by email to specified technical support resources. To use this feature, you must create a profile
named Tech_Support_Center. The capture command enables you to add instructions to the
Tech_Support_Center profile to specify the frequency with which to email the collected data. For more
information, see ”Adding a data capture configuration” (page 114).
