After the task is complete, decompress the downloaded package to obtain switch
module logs.

4.6 Collecting Qlogic HBA Logs
Collect HBA logs when an NIC is faulty.
Collecting QLogic HBA logs has no adverse impact on services. The following
describes how to collect QLogic HBA logs on mainstream OSs. You can download
the scripts from the ocial QLogic support website.

4.7 Collecting Other Logs
Use the following methods to collect other host logs:
● Collect Emulex HBA logs when an NIC is faulty. Use the ocial tool
OneCapture to collect Emulex HBA logs. This tool may
aect services.
