Step 7 Remove the PCIe riser module.

Step 8 Press and hold the two latches outwards until the battery ejects, and remove the
battery vertically. See (1) and (2) in Figure 8-51.

Step 9 Place the removed component in an ESD bag.
Place only one component in an ESD bag.
