8.1 How Can I Identify Host Services Running on the
System Subrack?
The following describes how to identify host services running on a system subrack
and provides a reference for stopping services before you replace a system
subrack.
Step 1 Log in to DeviceManager of the storage system.
Step 2 Determine disk domains involved in the system subrack.
1. In the navigation tree, click
System.
2. In the left function pane, click the cabinet where the system subrack resides.
3. Click the system subrack.
4. In the function pane below, view and record the disk domain where each disk
in the subrack resides.
Step 3 Determine le systems or LUNs contained in those disk domains.
1. In the navigation tree, click
Provisioning.
2. In the Storage Conguration and Optimization area, click Storage
Pool.
3. Select all storage pools that belong to disk domains in Step 2.4. In the
function pane below, view and record le systems and LUNs whose Mapping
is Mapped.
Step 4 Determine the share paths to which these
le systems map.
1. In the navigation tree, click Provisioning.
