RCCMD TRAP: When the event happens, the SNMP card will send the TRAP message
to all connected RCCMD clients based on the sending mechanism.
If you want to define the TRAP message by yourself, you can use the TRAP signal to
display the UPS information. For example, if you enter #INVOLT, the RCCMD client
will receive the UPS input voltage value (for example, single-phase 220; three-phase A:
220, B: 220, C: 220). Table 4-9 lists the signal names that can be entered.
