6.3.10.3 Drill Angle & Position Adjustment
Load “Drill Angle & Pos Adj” data in the Job menu and then start processing.
Drill Angle & Position Adjustment Pattern
1) Drill Axis
Check the two holes (①, ②) are parallel with edge line.
When viewed from the lens front, if ① and ② holes are lean to the left or right,
adjust “Drill Axis Adj” value according to the following figure. (unit : degree(°))
2) Drill Position
If the distance of the “A” is not 39.0±0.1mm(Ø 1.0mm drill bit : 38.8±0.1mm),
adjust “Drill Position Adj” value in the menu.
Ø 0.8mm drill bit : Current value + ( (39.0 – A) / 2 )
Ø 1.0mm drill bit : Current value + ( (38.8 – A) / 2 )
