5) Detach the attached cables.
 Pull out the motor connector.
 If the actuator has a brake, also detach the brake connector.
 Remove the grounding wire using a Phillips screwdriver.
 While holding the motor with one hand, pull out the encoder cable.
(The photograph bellow shows the motor (IAI encoder).)
