13) Install the attached cables.
 While holding the motor with one hand, insert the encoder cable.
(The photograph bellow shows the motor (IAI encoder).)
 Install a grounding wire using a Phillips driver.
 Plug the cables into the motor.
 If the actuator has a brake, also plug in the brake connector.
