Place the rotor in a bench vice or similar (without bracing) and knock the rotor out of
the large ball bearing with gently beatings by a plastic hammer. Ball bearing with vent
ring can be replaced now. Attach the vent ring with the offset in direction to the ball
bearing.
Remove the retaining ring from the small ball bearing.
Remove the rotor by using a pin or a mandrel. Rotor with air motor ring respectively
bearing with shim and retaining ring can be replaced.
The assembling is carried out in reverse order. Put the shim on the rotor; place the
small ball bearing; knock in the small ball bearing with a plastic hammer until the stop;
assemble the retaining ring.
