These warm-up times will be applicable every time the Environmental Vandal Resistant
variant is powered-up in ambient temperatures lower than -10°C.
Heater and fan operation
The heater/fan assembly MUST be powered at all times. The heater is thermostatically
controlled and will switch on and off as required. The fan runs continuously to circulate air
throughout the camera.
