If the PEAK HOLD function is enable the maximum leak rate will be displayed for a
preset time in addition to the currently measured value in the main display.
The time setting will have no effect if this function is disabled.
Default: disable 5 s.
Gas select
In this submenu the display option for the probe display can be selected. In
AUTO
mode always the gas with the currently highest leak rate will be indicated on the
probe display.
In “
MANUAL” mode the gas displayed on the probe display can be manually selected
by the right probe button. Repeated use of the right probe button will scroll through
the currently active gases.
In the “AUTO WITH HOLD” mode also the gas with the currently highest leak rate will be
indicated on the probe display. However, this can be overruled by the use of the right
probe button.
The Ecotec E3000 will automatically switch back to the automatically selected
highest leak rate after the pre-set hold time.
Default mode: auto
The hold time can be selected in steps of 5 secs between 5 and 30 s.
Default value: 5 s
User mode
In this submenu of display settings either the
NORMAL or the ADVANCED mode can be
selected. In the
NORMAL mode only the most relevant information for normal
operation will be displayed whereas in the
ADVANCED mode additional information for
advanced users will become available.
