Cause
Specific member drive of logical drive failed.
1. User removed the drive.
2. Drive failed.
3. Backplane connection issue.
Action
1. Insert the drive back and rebuild the Logical Drive if needed.
2. Replace the failed drive and engage the logical drive
rebuilding operation manually or automatically to recover logical
drive.
3. If it is still failed after replacing with a new drive, replace the
backplane.
