1-3.3 Event log
You can see the event logs on the Overview. If you received any warning or error, please refer to the Service Guide
about what action you should take to solve the problem.
When you see any abnormal event on the Overview, please refer to the Service Guide to figure out the next action.
1. You can download the Service Guide from the Download Center or export the diagnostic logs to check your next
action.
2. Export diagnostic logs. Please unzip the diagnostic logs file and find the SupportEvent.xlsx file. In the file, all the
events that you see on the Overview will be listed. You can also click the hyperlink in the file to know what the
event log represents or what will be your next action.
Note! Take an LD member drive failure detected event as an example. You may see an error event reported. Click the
hyperlink and the Service Guide will be opened automatically. You will see the following table which includes the
message explanation and actions. Please take the recommended action to solve your issue.
