1-7.3 Management Network:
1. Go to EonOne’s Settings > Access > Channel & network, here you can set the IP address, subnet mask, and
Default gateway for the management port.
The management channel links up and works normally.
The management channel links down.
You will see the management IP of the secondary controller is shown Standby,
If you see the abnormal status for File-level and Block-level Network, please follow the below instructions:
1. Check if there is any physical connection detachment, switched cables, ports or SFP+ to make sure there is no
hardware component that became faulty.
2. Check if the frame size has been set identically in EonOne and network switch side. At GS Internal and Front-end
Network, the frame size can be set as 1500 or 8000 (jumbo frame), so the switch must have the corresponding
size setting.
