Temperature Control Box: Electric device that
controls the Heat Wand temperature via
thermocouple signals to and from the Wand;
includes an Electric Cord with three-pronged
plug
Electric Cord: Cord connected from the
Temperature Control Box provided with a
three-prong plug for use in a grounded outlet
Connect the Heat Wand to the Temperature
Control Box BEFORE connecting the Temperature
Control Box to an electric outlet.
Power Switch: Switch that enables power to the
Temperature Control Box; display appears
when Power is set on
Wand Cord: Cable that transfers electricity and
thermocouple signals between the Tempera-
ture Control Box and the Heat Wand; plugs are
provided at the cord ends for connection to both
devices
Always use ground fault protection/
residual current protection when
operating in damp or wet conditions.
