2. Insert the tethered retaining pin into the hole
on the shaft to secure the Handle in place.
Ensure the tether and fastener face outward.
If there are any concerns about adequate Fixture
operation, see Inspect the Clamping Fixture on
page 11-3.
Prepare the Heat Wand
Make Power Connections
1. Place the Heat Wand in the Stand and latch
in place.

2. Ensure the equipment voltage requirements
match the available facility power voltage. If
voltage does not match, see TROUBLESHOOT
on page 10-1.

3. Connect the Wand Cord to the Heat Wand,
then to the Temperature Control Box. Latch
connections together.
Each Wand Cord connection fits into
only one component.
Do not force connections together.
