Maintaining the Batteries
This chapter describes how to maintain the E1 Tester‘s batteries. Topics

WARNING: EXPLOSION HAZARD
Only charge nickel metal hydride (NiMH) batteries. Do not charge alkaline
batteries. Charging any other type of rechargeable or non-rechargeable
(disposable) batteries may cause them to leak, rupture, or explode, causing
injuries.
