INTRODUCTION
The System Status Bar of the display consists of a Sta-
tus Line and a Details Line (see Figure 50 on Page
109). The System Status Line contains a message de-
scribing the operating state of the chiller. The System
Details Line displays warning, cycling, safety, start in-
hibit and other messages, providing further details of
the Status Bar messages. The Status Messages listed
below are displayed on the Status Line. All other mes-
sages are displayed on the Details Line.

Messages are displayed in different colors to distin-
guish between the different types, as shown in Table 4
on Page 109.

SYSTEM STATUS MESSAGES
Ready To Start
The chiller is shutdown and ready to start upon receipt
of a local start signal.
Remote Ready To Start
The chiller is shutdown and ready to start upon receipt
of a remote start signal.
System Stopped / Cycled Off
The chiller is shutdown on a CYCLING shutdown.
The cause of the shutdown is still active and is dis-
played on the Details Line of the Status Bar. The chiller
will automatically restart when the CYCLING condi-
tion clears.
SECTION 5 - DISPLAY MESSAGES
Primary Prelube
A chiller start has been initiated and the pre-start pri-
mary compressor lubrication is being performed. A
TIME REMAINING countdown will begin in the sys-
tem status bar. The prelube duration is configured from
the Oil Sump Screen. The prelube duration must never
be changed by anyone other than a qualified service
technician.
System Running
The chiller is running both the Primary and Econo-
mizer compressors are operating under the condition
described in the Details Line of the Status Bar.
System Coastdown / Postlube
The chiller has shutdown and the post-run lubrication
is being performed. A TIME REMAINING countdown
timer will appear in the system status bar.
System Tripped
The chiller is prevented from starting due to the reason
displayed on the details line of the status bar.
Anti-Recycle
The chiller is inhibited from starting because the anti-
recycle time has not yet elapsed.
Primary Running
The primary compressor is running without the econo-
mizer because of light load or if the economizer mode
is “OFF”.
Control Stop / Vanes Closing
Displayed while the primary compressor pre-rotation
vanes are closing during a soft shutdown. Soft shut-
downs are initiated by the following:
1. Leaving Chilled Liquid – Low temperature
2. Remote Stop
3. Operator Initiated at Keypad
During soft shutdowns, the vanes are driven to mini-
mum anti-surge prior to shutting down the compres-
sor. When the vane motor switch closes, indicating the
vanes have fully closed (or user programmable timer
have elapsed, whichever occurs first), the RUN signal
is removed from the compressor motor starter and a
SYSTEM COASTDOWN is performed.
