SECTION 3 - YKEP CONTROL PANEL OPERATION
Economizer Pump Frequency
Displays the frequency at which the economizer
oil pump is commanded to operate at (provided by
PWM2).
Economizer Oil Supply Pressure
Displays the economizer oil supply pressure measured
by the oil pressure transducer, located between oil
sump and economizer compressor housing.
Economizer Oil Pump Pressure
Displays the economizer pump oil pressure measured
by the oil pressure transducer, located between oil fil-
ter output and compressor bearing input (provided by
transducer PE-141B).
Oil Sump Pressure
Displays the pressure differential between the pump oil
pressure transducer (HOP) and the sump oil pressure
transducer (LOP). The displayed value includes offset
pressure derived from auto-zeroing during the system
prelube. If either of the transducers used to calculate
this differential are out of range, the display field will
show “XX.X” (provided by transducer PE-140).
OVERVIEW
This screen displays a close-up of the chiller oil sump
and provides the operator with the oil sump operating
levels such as pump frequency, oil temperature and
pressure.
DISPLAY ONLY
Pri Pump Frequency
Displays the frequency at which the primary oil pump
is commanded to operate at (provided by PWM1).
Primary Oil Supply Pressure
Displays the primary oil supply pressure measured by
the oil pressure transducer, located between oil sump
and compressor housing.
Primary Oil Pump Pressure
Displays the primary oil pump pressure measured by
the oil pressure transducer, located between oil filter
output and compressor bearing input (provided by
transducer PE-141A).
