SECTION 3 - YKEP CONTROL PANEL OPERATION
OVERVIEW
This screen displays a cutaway view of the Hot gas
Bypass Valve. The setpoints relating to the Hot Gas
Bypass Control are maintained on this screen. Related
Hot Gas control parameters are displayed for refer-
ence. The Hot Gas Valve can be manually controlled
from this screen.
DISPLAY ONLY
Leaving Condenser Liquid Temperature
Displays the temperature of the liquid kleaving the
condenser (provided by RTD TE-103).
Leaving Chilled Liquid Temperature
Displays the temperature of the chilled liquid entering
the evaporator (provided by RTD TE-100).
Condenser Pressure
Displays the refrigerant pressure in the condenser (pro-
vided by pressure transducer PE-113).
Evaporator Pressure
Displays the present refrigerant pressure in the evapo-
rator (provided by pressure transducer PE-111).

Condenser Saturation Temperature
This display indicates the saturation temperature in the
condenser, as calculated from the voltage of the con-
denser pressure transducer (provided by transducer
PE-113).
Discharge Temperature
Displays the temperature of the refrigerant (in a gas-
eous state) at the discharge of the compressor before
the refrigerant enters the condenser (provided by RTD
TE-112).
Discharge Superheat
This display indicates the Discharge Superheat, as cal-
culated by subtracting the condenser saturation temper-
ature (provided by pressure transducer PE-113), from
the discharge temperature (provided by RTD TE-112).
Primary High Pressure Switch
Displays a green if the Primary High Pressure
Switch contacts are closed, and displays a if the Pri-
mary High Pressure Switch contacts are open, indicat-
ing a fault condition (provided by Primary Compressor
High Discharge Pressure Cutout PSHH-113A).
