SECTION 3 - YKEP CONTROL PANEL OPERATION
Runtime Until Next Lube
Displays how many hours remain until the next sched-
uled motor lube is to be performed.
PROGRAMMABLE
Local Motor Current Limit
Access Level Required: OPERATOR
This key allows the user to specify the maximum al-
lowable motor current (as a percentage of FLA). When
the motor reaches this value, the pre-rotation vanes
will NOT be permitted to open further. If the motor
current rises above this value, the pre-rotation vanes
will close to reduce the current to this value.
Pulldown Demand Limit
Access Level Required: OPERATOR
This key allows the user to specify the current limit
(as a percentage of FLA) to which the chiller will be
limited during the specified pulldown limit time. This
value will overrride the Motor Current Limit value dur-
ing this time period. This function is used to provide
energy savings following a chiller start-up.
OVERVIEW
This screen displays all information pertaining to a
Electro-Mechanical Starter if equipped.
DISPLAY ONLY
Primary Motor Run (LED)
Illuminates when the primary motor is commanded to run.
% Full Load Amps
Displays the motor current as a percentage of Job Full
Load Amps setpoint.
Current Limit Setpoint
Displays the current limit in use, this value can be a
locally or remote programmed value.
Pulldown Time Left
Displays the time remaining in the programmed
pulldown period when the value is non-zero.
CV
Displays the control value for the primary motor, de-
mand limiter function.
