SECTION 3 - YKEP CONTROL PANEL OPERATION
Discharge Temp
Displays the temperature of the refrigerant vapor at the
discharge of the compressor before the refrigerant en-
ters the condenser (provided by RTD TE-112).
Superheat
Displays the applicable compressor discharge super-
heat. It is determined continuously as the discharge
temperature minus the condenser saturated refrigerant
temperature, displayed as “Saturation”.
Run (LED)
Illumates when the Primary Compressor is currently
running.
Oil Sump Temperature
Displays the temperature of the oil in the sump (pro-
vided by RTD TE-140).
Oil Sump Pressure
Displays the pressure in the oil sump (provided by
pressure transducer PE-140).
OVERVIEW
This screen gives a general system overview of com-
mon chiller parameters for the Evaporator, Condenser,
and Economizer.
DISPLAY ONLY
Speed
Primary Compressor Motor speed when powered from
an optional Variable Speed Drive.
Pri PRV Postion
Displays the Primary Compressors PRV open position
percentage (provided by feedback potentiometer ZE-
100A).
Pri VGD Position
Displays the Primary Compressors VGD open (re-
tracted) position percentage (provided by feedback po-
tentiometer ZE-149A).
Pri Motor Load
Displays the percentage of full load amps (FLA) uti-
lized by the primary motor.
