Pri Pump Pressure
Displays Display indicates the pressure differential be-
tween the high side oil pressure transducer (primary
compressor) and the low side oil pressure transducer
(oil sump). The displayed value includes offset pres-
sure derived from auto-zeroing during the system
prelube. If either of the transducers used to calculate
this differential are out of range, the display field will
show “+BIG+” (provided by pressure transducers PE-
140 & PE-141A).
Economizer Pump Pressure
Displays Display indicates the pressure differential be-
tween the high side oil pressure transducer (primary
compressor) and the low side oil pressure transducer
(oil sump). The displayed value includes offset pres-
sure derived from auto-zeroing during the system
prelube. If either of the transducers used to calculate
this differential are out of range, the display field will
show “+BIG+” (provided by pressure transducers PE-
140 & PE-141B).
Condenser
Displays the refrigerant pressure in the condenser (pro-
vided by transducer PE-113).
Saturation
Displays the calculated saturation temperature in the
condenser from the pressure (provided by transducer
PE-113).
Condenser Liquid
Leaving
Displays the temperature of the condenser cooling liquid
as it exits the condenser (provided by RTD TE-103).
Return
Displays the temperature of the condenser cooling liquid
as it enters the condenser (provided by RTD TE-102).
Subcooler Temp
Displays the temperature of the refrigerant at the
subcooler (provided by RTD TE-114).
Subcooler Valve
Displays the open percentage of the subcooler level con-
trol valve (provided by actuator feedback LCV-114).
LC114
Displays a proportional graphic of refrigerant liquid
level in the condenser subcooler area. The level per-
centage is also shown numerically, with 0% being
empty and 100% fully flooded sensor.
Sec PRV Position
Displays the open percentage of the Economizer Com-
pressor’s PRV (provided by feedback potentiometer
ZE-100B).
Sec VGD Position
Displays the open (retracted) position percentage of
the Economizer Compressor’s VGD (provided by
feedback potentiometer ZE-149B).
Economizer Motor Load
Displays the percentage of FLA utilized by the Econo-
mizer Compressor Motor.
Discharge Temp
Displays the temperature of the refrigerant (vapor) at
discharge of the compressor before the refrigerant en-
ters the Economizer (provided by RTD TE-113).
Run (LED)
Illumates red when the Primary Compressor is cur-
rently running and is grey when off.
Hot Gas
Displays the open percentage of the Hot Gas Bypass
Valve (provided by actuator feedback TCV-100C).
Econ Pressure
Displays the refrigerant pressure in the Economizer
Vessel (provided by transducer PE-116).
Saturation
Displays the calculated saturation temperature in the
Economizer from the pressure (provided by transducer
PE-116).
Target
Displays the target economizer saturation temperature
when the economizer compressor is running.
