SECTION 3 - YKEP CONTROL PANEL OPERATION
Economizer Valve
Displays the open percentage of the Economizer Level
Control Valve (provided by actuator feedback LCV-116).
LC116
Displays a proportional graphic of refrigerant liquid
level in the economizer. The level percentage is also
shown numerically, with 0% being empty and 100%
fully flooded sensor.
Chilled Liquid
Leaving
Displays the temperature of the chilled liquid as the
liquid exits the evaporator (provided by RTD TE-101).
Setpoint
Displays the active temperature setpoint to which the
chiller is controlling the evaporator liquid. This value
could come from a 4-20mA, or E-Link Gateway inter-
face, or a locally programmed value.
Return
Displays the temperature of the chilled liquid as the liq-
uid enters the evaporator (provided by RTD TE-101).
Evaporator
Displays the present refrigerant pressure in the evapo-
rator (provided by transducer PE-111), above the pres-
ent refrigerant temperature in the evaporator (provided
by RTD TE-111).
PROGRAMMABLE
None
NAVIGATION
Previous
Returns the display to the previous screen.
Subcooler
Causes an instant navigation to the Subcooler Screen.
Economizer Vessel
Causes an instant navigation to the Economizer Vessel
Screen.
Alarm History
Causes an instant navigation to view the Alarm History.
Manual Auto
Allows the operator to switch between automatic chill-
er control and temporary manual control of the system
devices. In manual control, the device operation and
position can be set as desired for troubleshooting or
maintenance outside of the normal control routine.
“M” shows next to a parameter presently under Man-
ual Control.
