Access Level Required: SERVICE
This key allows the technician to program the dead-
band voltage that sets the stall noise band around the
setpoint. SP + DB causes a reaction.
React Rate
Access Level Required: SERVICE
This key allows the technician program the VGD react
rate, which specifies the rate at which the VGD extends
in response to stall.
Wait Time
Access Level Required: SERVICE
This key allows the technician to specify the probe
wait time interval, which specifies how long the VGD
control remains in the Stall Waiting or Surge Waiting
states before entering the probing state.
Probe Time
Access Level Required: SERVICE
This key allows the technician to specify the time the
VGD probing state lasts before returning to the wait
State, while in the probing state.
Probe Rate
Access Level Required: SERVICE
This key allows for programming the rate at which the
VGD retracts (opens).
Startup
Access Level required: SERVICE
This key allows the technician to specify the VGD
open (retracted) percentage at startup.
Cal Min
Access Level Required: SERVICE
This key allows the technician to define the minimum
potentiometer reading when the VGD is fully open (re-
tracted). This value is set automatically, after a calibra-
tion cycle is performed.
Cal Max
Access Level Required: SERVICE
This key allows the technician to define the minimum
potentiometer reading when the VGD is fully closed
(extended). This value is set automatically, after a cali-
bration cycle is performed.
Primary Calibration
Access Level Required: SERVICE
Start
This button activates a VGD potentiometer calibration
procedure to begin.
Cancel
This button cancels the request for a VGD potentiom-
eter calibration procedure.
NAVIGATION
Previous
Returns the display to the previous screen.
Primary Compressor
Causes an instant navigation to the Primary Compres-
sor Screen.
Alarm History
Causes an instant navigation to the Alarm History
Screen.
