Oil Sump Temperature
Displays the temperature of the oil located in the oil
sump (provided by RTD TE-140).
Primary Oil Pump (LED)
Illuminates when the primary oil pump is in operation.
Frequency
Displays the operating frequency at which the primary
oil pump is commanded to run.
CV
Displays the control value (CV) percentage, which is
directly associated to the FLA the primary oil pump is
commanded to operate at.
Economizer Oil Pump (LED)
Illuminates when the economizer oil pump is in opera-
tion.
Frequency
Displays the operating frequency at which the econo-
mizer oil pump is commanded to run.
CV
Displays the control value (CV) percentage, which is
directly associated to the FLA the economizer oil pump
is commanded to operate at.
PROGRAMMABLE
Auto / Manual
Access Level Required: SERVICE
This key allows the oil pump to be manually activated.
The oil pump will run for ten (10) minutes when man-
ual pump is “Enabled”. After ten minutes, the display
will revert to “Disabled”. If a longer run time is desired
the manual pump must be enabled again when the time
has elapsed. Manual oil pump control is only available
when the chiller is stopped. The Manual Pump key is
not displayed during system prelube, system run and
system coastdown.
Run Pump Auto
Access Level Required: OPERATOR
This key allows the oil pump to operate under auto
control.
Open
Access Level Required: SERVICE
This key allows the operator to increase the frequency
that the variable speed oil pump is currently operating at.
Close
Access Level Required: SERVICE
This key allows the operator to decrease the frequency
that the variable speed oil pump is currently operating at.
P
This key allows the service technician to set the propor-
tional gain of the primary and economizer oil pumps.
I
This key allows the allows the service technician to set
the integral gain (minutes per repeat) of the primary
and economizer oil pumps.
D
This key allows the service technician to set the deriva-
tive gain of the primary and economizer oil pumps.
