Throttle cable adjustment
After a long time used, the throttle cable may be too loose to work well, so adjustment is
needed. It is recommended to adjust the throttle cable refer to Preventative maintenance
and service log.
To tense the cable
1. Unbolt the engine-end adjustment nuts shown in the following picture, and move the
cable end forwards to make the cable in a proper tension, and tighten 2 adjustment
nuts, if the movement is not enough, following step 2 is necessary, or not necessary.
2. Unbolt the pedal-end adjustment nuts shown in the following picture, and move the
cable end backwards to make the cable in a proper tension, and then tighten 2
adjustment nuts.
Differential lock cable adjustment
After a long time used, the throttle cable may be too loose to work well, so adjustment is
needed. It is recommended to adjust the differential lock cable refer to Preventative
maintenance and service log.
To tense the cable
1. Loose these 2 thin nuts, and then turn the screw sleeve counterclockwise a few
