When rernoving a tape on which you were recording, or when you resume recording on a tape after playing
bacl< tile recording previously made (without tal<ing tile tape ()tit between recordings), perform this proce-
dure.

SELECT OPERATION MODE
Turn tile Power Dial to "PLAY" while pressing
down the lock button located on the dial.
o Tile power lamp comes on.
PULL OUT ViEWF[NDER
Pu II out the viewfi nder fu IIy.
STARTSEARCH
Press IIJ/_-, then press _ or _. Watch in tile
viewfinder for the spot where you want to
begin recording.
ENGAGE STILL MODE
Once you find tile spot at which you want to
start recording, press II[/l_ twice to engage the
Still mode.
_ TART RECORDING
Turn tile Power Dial to any operation mode
except "PLAY" and "OFF", then press START/
STOP.
• Start recording from a point prior to tile end
of tile last recording. A few seconds of tile
end of the last recording will be erased.
NOTE:
Even it you start recording from the end _t tile
previous recording leaving no blank space, there
may be situations where a clean transition is not
possible,
