Command Reference
TM
The TM command specifies how events are effective for the following actions:
• Releasing the E5260/E5270 from the paused status set by the PA or PAX
command
• Starting the measurement except for high speed spot measurement (when the
E5260/E5270 is not in the paused status set by the PA, PAX, WS, or WSX
command)
Syntax TM mode
Parameters mode : Event mode. Integer expression. See below.
To enable the trigger function set by the TGP port,terminal,polarity,1 command,
the
mode value must be 3.
Remarks In the TM3 event mode, if the E5260/E5270 is not in the wait status set by the PA,
PAX, WS, or WSX command, the E5260/E5270 can start the measurement by an
external trigger input. After measurement, the E5260/E5270 sends a trigger to a
trigger output terminal. In the initial setting, you can use the Ext Trig In and Out
terminals. To use the digital I/O port, enter the TGP command to set the trigger input
or output terminal.
To set the trigger logic (initial value: negative), send the TGP command for the
trigger input terminal.
