9. Make sure that the transmission
uid does not leak through the seal.
5. Apply a thin lm of clean oil onto
the O-ring of a new lter.
6. Tighten the filter firmly until it
contacts the mounting surface.
Tighten the lter a half turn further
by hand.
7. Add uid to the specied level.
8. Run the engine for a few minutes
and then stop it to check the leak-
age and uid level and add uid as
