DISCONNECTING
1. First lower the attachment on the
ground to remove the hydraulic
pressure in the hose.
2. Clean the couplers.
3. Relieve pressure by moving hy-
draulic control levers with engine
shut off. Pull the hose straight
from the hydraulic coupler to re-
lease it.
4. Clean oil and dust from the cou-
pler, then replace the dust plugs.
NOTE
Your local KIOTI Dealer can sup-
ply parts to adapt couplers to hy-
draulic hoses.
USING EXTERNAL OIL PRESSURE
(SINGLE-ACTING, DUMP TRAILER)
When operating dump trailer, use the
single, double-acting cylinder cou-
pler, how to use it is as follows.
1. Place the single, double-acting
valve adjusting lever in the single-
acting (S) position.
2. Insert the male couplers of a dump
trailer into the female A couplers
of a dump trailer into the female A
coupler of the tractor.
(1) Single, Double-acting valve adjusting lever
(S) Single-acting (C) Double-acting
3. When the single, double-acting
valve is placed in the A position,
an external cylinder will start ex-
tending.
4. If you put the single, double-acting
valve adjusting lever on the neu-
tral position, the ow of external oil
pressure is stopped.
5. When you place the single, dou-
ble-acting valve adjusting lever in
the B position, the cylinder return
(lower) to the home position by the
dump trailer weight.
