REPLACING HYDRAULIC OIL
FILTER
(1) Hydraulic Oil Filter
1. Remove the oil lter.
2. Place a lm of clean transmission
uid of the rubber seal of the new
lter.
3. Tighten the lter rmly until it con-
tacts the mounting surface. Then
tighten the lter, by hand, an addi-
tional half turn only.

CAUTION

4. After the new lter is in place , ll
the transmission up with oil to the
upper line of the oil gauge.
5. After running the engine for a few
minutes, stop it and check the
oil level again, add oil to the pre-
scribed level.
6. Make sure that the transmission
uid doesn't leak through the seal.
(1) Level Gauge (2) Oil Filling Plug
(A) Oil level is Acceptable Within this Range.
