5. Loosen the cylinder head on the actuator. Unscrew and remove the actuator from the
valve body.
6. Unscrew the high pressure adapter and remove the adapter, adapter cone and valve seat.
7. Remove the stem, SST backup ring and brass backup ring from the valve body.
8. Remove the seal assembly by pushing it with a dowel rod made of wood, plastic or brass.
The seal push tool can also be used to remove the seal assembly. The assembly must be
pushed out through the actuator port in the top of the valve body.
9. Clean the valve body, being careful not to damage or scratch the bore.
