2.4. UWS Program switch with adapter
From vs 1.35 full support is added for the 2-wire UWS-PGS.
Within this software version, the 2-wire UWS-PGS is supported on the Extension (see 2.5.1.) or on
the 2-wired UWS PGS adapter. The UWS-PGS can also be used in combination with the UniDrive PGS.
Installation of the 2-wired UWS PGS adapter into the Unidrive connection terminal
At starting-up, the PGS software version is shown on the 7-segments display, and all LED’s will be switched on.
As soon as the UniDrive
TM
control-box starts its communication with the PGS, the LED’s will be switched of,
except the LED that indicates the selected setting.
Following selections or programming functions can be made on:
PGS PGS in Program-mode
- Automatic - Open speed (OS)
- One way traffic - Closing speed (CS)
- Closed (and locked) - Open timer (OT)
- Open - Winter position (WO)
- Winter function ON/OFF - Reset
- Sequence function ON/OFF
- Reset error’s
The value of the selected item is displayed with the flashing 7-segments display
Programming:
-By pushing the RESET button for at least 5 seconds the programming mode is opened.
-In the programming mode all LED’s and the display as well are flashing.
-By pushing the corresponding button, the value can be changed.
-By repeated pushing of this button the value is increasing until 9. After that it counts again from 0, etc.
-On the Display of the PGS the actual adjustment is shown.

WO Winteropen width 0, 1, 2, 3 0, 1, 2, 3
SO Speed open 10% - 100% 1, 2....9*
SC Speed close 10% - 100% 1, 2....9*
TO Openhold time 10% - 100% 1, 2....9
* Maximum value depends on door weight
To leave the programming mode push the RESET button. (Or wait 30 sec)..
After programming, press RESET button to switch back to normal mode.
When no button is pressed during Program-Mode for 20 sec, the PGS will automatically switch over to normal
