Step Operation

Open the front cover and pull out the
stacker/stapler unit.
Step Operation

Move the upper alignment plates into
home position. (Move so that the actua-
tor on the upper-alignment-plate drive
belt is at PS8 (upper-alignment-plate
HP).

Loosen the 2 set screws fixing the upper
alignment plates in place (one screw on
each plate), and adjust the plates so that
distances A and B are within specifica-
tion.
Spec values: A = 338±1.0mm
B = 40.7±0.5mm

Retighten the screws.
