emergency calls from your phone even if you don't
have a SIM card installed or your SIM card has
been blocked.
1. Press HOME and then touch Dialer.
2. Dial the international emergency number for your
locale (for example, 000), and then Touch .
Additional emergency numbers may be included in
your SIM card. Contact your mobile operator for
details.
If you enabled the unlock screen pattern and/or the
SIM lock, and you forgot the unlock pattern or SIM
PIN, you can still make emergency calls by Touch
ping Emergency call on the screen.
 Calling a phone number in a text message
(1) Press HOME>Applications, touch Messaging,
and then Touch the message with the phone
number.
(2) In the message thread, touch the message with
the phone number.
(3) On the Select link screen, touch the number you
want to call.
(4) Edit the phone number if needed, and then
Touch .
 Calling a phone number in an email
1. Press HOME and then touch Email.
2. Open the email account where the email with the
number is located.
3. In the email account's inbox, Touch the email to
open it.
4. In the email body, touch the phone number. The
phone dialer screen opens with the phone number
entered.
