The Newsstand service lets users subscribe to
magazines (in select countries) and topical news
feeds, receiving new issues and updates
automatically. Offline download and reading is
supported on the mobile apps.
(1) Open Play Newsstand.
(2) Sign in to your Google Account.
 Read carefully terms of services from Google,
then Agree.
(3) Use News & Weather to view magazines and
news.
