Setting the joystick (Y)
1. Move the joystick all the way forward.
2. Move the joystick all the way backwards (towards
you).
3. Release the joystick.
4. Press ENTER/YES as soon as the joystick returns to
its central position.
5. If setting was performed correctly, the message
“Are you sure?” will appear on the display. Press
ENTER/YES again to confirm. The message “Com-
pleted” will appear on the display.
If setting was not performed correctly, the message
“Invalid Data” will appear on the display. Press
ENTER/YES and repeat the setting procedure.
Setting the aftertouch
During the years the button aftertouch can lose its set-
ting, resulting in lower efficiency. If you believe that
the button cannot reach its maximum intensity, you
need to set the button aftertouch again.
1. Press the button with reduced aftertouch (without
pressing any other button).
2. Release the button and press ENTER/YES.
5. If setting was performed correctly, the message
“Are you sure?” will appear on the display. Press
ENTER/YES again to confirm. The message “Com-
pleted” will appear on the display.
If setting was not performed correctly, the message
“Invalid Data” will appear on the display. Press
ENTER/YES and repeat the setting procedure.
Setting the pedal/footswitch
The depth of an effect controlled by a pedal or a foots-
witch will depend on the model of the pedal or foots-
witch. If you change pedal, the effect might not be able
to reach maximum intensity, or shut off completely. If
this is the case you need to calibrate the pedal.
1. Connect the pedal or footswitch to the ASSIGNA-
BLE PEDAL/SW connector.
2. In order to calibrate the pedal, press the pedal
down as far as it will go, then raise it completely.
3. Press ENTER/YES.
4. If adjustment has been performed correctly, the
“Are you sure?” message will appear in the display.
Press ENTER/YES again to confirm. The message
“Completed” will appear in the display.
If adjustment hasn’t been performed correctly, the
message “Invalid Data” will appear instead. Repeat
the calibration procedure.
