9.1 Preparing machine for road travel

ü The machine is completely and correctly hitched to the tractor, refer to page40.
ü The machine is shut down and safeguarded, refer to page24.
ü The hydraulic hoses are connected, refer to page41.
ü The universal shaft is mounted, refer to page42.
ü The front guard is folded down, closed and locked(1), refer to page43.
ü The machine is in the transport position, refer to page48.
ü The locking(2) has been released, refer to page48.
ü The control units on the tractor are in neutral position and locked.
ü The stop cock(3) on the hydraulic hose is closed, refer to page47.
Lower the machine via the rear linkage enough to ensure that the maximum transport height
of 4 m is not exceeded.
Ensure adequate ground clearance.
9.2 Switching off the machine
