Mower conditioner
- Place a wooden wedge (1) between two discs to
stop them from moving.
- Torque bolts to (2):
• Torque: 12 daNm (89 lbf ft).
- Remove locking piece.
- Check that there is still a minimum play of
X = 1 mm (0.04’’) between the spring plate
and the cutter bar skids.
Otherwise, position spacer(s) (two
maximum) between the housing and the
spring plate
