8.2.2 Swathing system
The swathing system comprises the following
component:
• 1 outer swath wheel (Adjustable).
- Position the swath wheel in order to obtain an
angle between 16° (A) and 32° (A’).
8.2.3 Compensating spring tension
In difficult working conditions, the compensating
spring adjustment can be modified.
- Lift mowing unit to release tension on the spring.
The mowing unit ground pressure system is
determined by the spring loop position (1):
• Position a: Maximum ground pressure reduction.
• Position b: Minimum ground pressure reduction.
Check that there is still a play J equalling
minimum 15 mm (0.59’’) between the shell,
the cone rib and the swath wheel.

The mowing unit is suspensed by means of
compensating spring (1).
