Wet / Dry Mix
MostprogramsandsetupsareroutedtoEffectblockbydefault.Theaudiosignalprocessedby
theEffectblockcanberoutedtoReverbblockbeforebeingsenttothemainoutput.
The[Effect]and[Reverb]buttonsinthePerformance/Editregionofthefrontpanelenablesthe
“sends”toeachblock.WhenthebottonʹsLEDsarelit,controlthesendamountwithknobs.The
numericvalueforeachblockmeansthefollowing:
The Effect controls how much of Effect block’s effect gets applied to the dry signal coming
fromthesoundengine.
The Reverb controls how much of the processed signal coming from Effect block goes to
ReverbblockandgetsReverbblock’seffectappliedtoit.
Bypassing Effect
Sometimes, you need to mute all the effects. For example, when you’re in the studio, your
recordingengineersmaywanttousetheirownexternaleffects.Youcaneasilysilenceallyour
effects and / or reverb temporarily without making any lasting changes to the programs or
setupsyou’replaying.Justdeactivateeachblockwiththecorrespondingbutton.TheLEDsare
turned off whentheyaredeactivated. In this case, the effectengine is still active although the
effectsaremuted.Theaudiosignalsimplybypassestheeffectengine.

