Switch Pedal Problems
If you are having problems with switch pedal, check these:
1. Besurethepedalispluggedintothecorrectjackwhichhasprinted label“SWpedal”
above it. Be cautious. Plugging into the wrong jack might cause damage to your
instrument.
2. If Sostenuto is stuck, be sure the pedal is plugged in before switching on the power.
Turnpoweroffthenonifnecessary.
3. Ifthepedalisactingbackward(activewhenupinsteadofdown),turnpoweroffthen
on. Be sure the pedal is plugged in before turning pow er on and don’t use the pedal
untilaftertheunithascompleteditspowerupsequence.
Control Pedal Problems
If you are having problems making a control pedal work properly, check these:
1. Besurethe pedalispluggedintothecorrectjackwhich hasprintedlabel“CCpedal”
aboveit.
2. DoNOTuseMONOVolumePedal!Thiswillcausesystemmalfunctioningordamage
toyourinstrument.
3. If the pedal works backward, operates very abruptly, or not at all, it’s most likely a
wiringproblem.Seebelowformoreinformation.
4. Whenusingadaptercablestoadaptapedalwithtwomonocables,makesurethatthe
Yadapterisastereosplittertype.
