Main Features
The Sound
TheSP2offers64voicesofpolyphonyandfeaturesbalancedleftandrightanalogaudiooutputs.
There are 64 factory programs and 60 preset rhythm patterns. The programs includes stereo
triple‐strikeGrandPiano,Wurlitzerelectricpiano,stereostrings,brasses,guitars,basses,drums
andpercussionsounds,aswellastheworld‐renownedAcappellagroupTake6vocalsamples.
The rhythm patterns include various styles of drum grooves such as ballad, pop, r&b, dance,
rock, funk, country, latin, jazz, and world. Setup mode makes the SP2 an amazingly flexible
MIDI controlleras well as a powerful live instrument. In this mode, you can divide the SP2’s
keyboard into four different zones, each of which can cover part or all of the keyboard. Each
zone can use a different MIDI channel, play a different program and have its own controller
assignments. Also, you can program the SP2 to start rhythm patterns automatically. The SP2
