Conventions used in procedures for operating the machine
In this Operation Guide, continuous operation of the keys on the touch panel is as follows:
Actual procedure
1 Select the [Home] key.
2 Select the [...].
3 Select the [System Menu].
4 Select [Device Settings].
5 Move the screen downwards (i.e. swiping)
6 Select [Sound].
Procedure indicated in this guide
[Home] key > [...] > [System Menu] > [Device Settings] > [Sound]
Actual procedure
1 Select [Job Accounting/Authentication].
2 Select [Job Accounting] in " Job Accounting Setting".
