8. To program the Unload Name (max. 6 alphanumeric characters), press the 2FN
key for 2 seconds and use the Alphanumeric Writing. If the Name is being used in
another Recipe, instead of entering the Name using the alphanumeric keys, inside
the Alphanumeric Writing it is possible to select the Name from the Ingredient/
Unload Name Archive, pressing the q z (e) keys. After selecting the Name, press
the OK key to confirm.
r Important: when a new Name is created, the Name is automatically memorized in
the Ingredient/Unload Name Archive. r
9. To program the number of animals in the Unload (max. 999), use the q z (e) keys
or the Alphanumeric Writing (2FN).
r Important: if the 2FN key is pressed for more than 2 seconds, the equipment will
automatically select the Unload Name Programming procedure (see point 8). r
10. If the user wishes to modify the Appetite Percentage of an Unload, select the Unload
and press the DMI key. The [
APP. F.
] message and the previously programmed
value will appear alternately on the display. Change the value (max. 200%) by
pressing the q z (e) keys or with the Alphanumeric Writing (2FN). To exit, press the
DMI or the OK key. If the Appetite Percentage is different than 100%, the g will
light up on the display next to the symbol
.
r Important: if the Reciping Mode Preference (code 65) is set as percentage, the
Appetite Percentage Function is not available. r
11. To select another Unload, repeat the procedure from point 7.
12. If the user wishes to modify the type of Skip to the Next Ingredient/Unload compared
to the one automatically set with the relative Function (see chapter 4.13.1), select
the Unload that you wish to change and press the Block key for 2 seconds.
The change is accompanied by the switching on (Manual skip) or switching off
(Automatic skip) of the m symbol on the display.
13. To delete the selected Unload (Name, weight and parameters) from the Recipe,
press the Clear key for 4 seconds. The [
DELETE
] message and the selected Name
will appear alternately on the display.
14. To see the Total Animal Number, press the ANIMAL key. The [
N. HEADS
] and [
AUTO
]
messages will appear alternately on the display. Press the Net/Total key and keep it
pressed. The programmed value will appear on the display.
15. To program the Total Weight of the Single Animal, when the [ recipe name ], appears
on the display, press the DMI key. The DMI symbol will light up on the display and
[
DMI
] and the programmed value will appear alternately.
To modify the value use the q z (e) keys or the Alphanumeric Writing (2FN).
To exit, press the DMI or OK key.
