Registration9.4.3.
The Registration page will let you know if your Ethernet disk is
registered properly with HomeLaCie.com. If your Ethernet disk
was not properly connected to the Internet when it was set up
the first time, you might need to come to this page to complete
the registration process so that you can begin accessing your
Ethernet disk from the Internet and begin enjoying the benefits
of remote access.
You can also verify that all user accounts are registered with
HomeLaCie.com so that they will be allowed to sign in remotely.
Visit this page and click the Verify User Accounts button if you
receive any errors or warnings about a user not being created
on HomeLaCie.com.
Finally, you can change your Ethernet disk name if you choose.
Enter it and click the Change button to register your Ethernet
disk with a new name.
Shutting Down or Restarting9.4.4.
To shut down or restart your Ethernet disk, click Shut Down
under System and then click Shut Down or Restart.
ImpOrTANT INfO: Your Ethernet disk will not be accessible
while it is shut down or in the process of restarting. All user ses-
sions will be interrupted, including yours.
Software Update9.4.5.
LaCie may issue important software updates for your Ethernet
disk from time to time. Click Check now to start, or follow the
instructions if an update has already been found.
ImpOrTANT INfO: Your Ethernet disk may need to restart
after downloading and installing updates. All user sessions will
be interrupted.
