RELAY Relay Control Parameter Command
Input RELAY <mode>,<alarm type>[term]

<mode> Specifies relay mode: 0 = Off, 1 = On, 2 = Alarm
<alarm type> Specifies the input alarm type that activates the relay when
the relay is in alarm mode: 1 = Low alarm, 2 = High Alarm,
3 = Both Alarms
Example RELAY 2,1[term]relay activates when low alarm activates
